  • Multi-Stage Assessment: The selection process includes an initial screening, followed by a demanding trial translation in their area of specialization, ensuring only the most competent linguists join our team.
  • Continuous Performance Monitoring: Translators’ performance is regularly evaluated based on client feedback and internal quality reviews to ensure ongoing adherence to our high standards.

II. Systematic Internal Workflow (TEP Process)

Our quality management system is built on a structured process that incorporates industry best practices, often referred to as the TEP (Translation, Editing, Proofreading) model.

  • Double-Check Mechanism: Every project undergoes a double-layer review (Editing and Proofreading) to meticulously verify accuracy, stylistic fluency, and adherence to client instructions, minimizing the risk of errors.
  • Client Tracking and Transparency: Upon project intake, clients are assigned a unique Case Number for easy reference. Clients can inquire about the current status via phone or email, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process.
  • Post-Delivery Support: Our commitment extends beyond delivery. Should any questions or issues arise after submission, we will assist the client until the matter is fully and satisfactorily resolved.

III. Advanced Technological and Software Support

  3. Terminology Management: Prior to translation commencement, all projects adhere to a Client-Specific or Standardized Glossary of Terms, ensuring consistent use of approved terminology and proper names throughout the document.
